Do you cover the whole of Cornwall, including the Isles of Scilly?

We cover mainland Cornwall for every service we offer. On the Isles of Scilly we carry out large-scale installation projects, but we don't currently offer reactive call-outs there.

Can you service systems you didn't originally install?

Yes. We regularly take over maintenance of existing fire, intruder, CCTV and access systems from other installers, whatever the make or age, as long as it can still be brought up to standard.

What does an annual service & maintenance contract include?

Scheduled inspections to the relevant British Standard, functional testing of every device, a written service report, and priority callout response, all for one fixed annual price.

How fast do you respond to a fault or emergency callout?

We provide dedicated reactive callouts across the county for sounding alarms, failed panels or security breaches.
