 Connectivity Requirements

To enable app monitoring, we will require:

A hardwired connection to your broadband router.

• Two free Ethernet ports on your router.
• A strong, secure Wi-Fi signal within the installation area.

If a hardwired connection is not possible, we can set up a wireless configuration (still requiring a stable Wi-Fi connection) for an additional £50.

Power Requirements

For a safe and compliant installation, customers must ensure that either a fused spur (preferably dedicated to the security system) or at least two spare mains sockets are available at the intended equipment locations.

If additional electrical work is required, this may be chargeable and will be discussed during the site survey.

 Terms & Conditions

To ensure a smooth installation and avoid misunderstandings, please review the following important terms:

 Site Survey – All installations are subject to a free site survey to confirm suitability and finalise equipment placement.

1. Standard Installation – The £1,299 price covers standard domestic installations only. Properties requiring additional cabling, specialist mounting, or non-standard equipment may incur extra costs (quoted before work begins).
2. App Access – Remote monitoring requires a compatible smartphone/tablet and a working internet connection. We are not responsible for third-party app outages or changes to app functionality.
3. Connectivity – Customer must provide a router with two free ports and a stable broadband connection. Wireless setups will incur a £50 surcharge and still require adequate Wi-Fi coverage.
4. Power Supply – Customer must provide either a fused spur or two spare mains sockets for power connection prior to installation.
5. Warranty – All equipment is supplied with a standard manufacturer’s warranty. Installation warranty covers workmanship for 12 months.
6. Payment – Full payment is due on completion of installation or within 5 working days, whichever comes first, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
7. Offer Period – This promotion is limited and may be withdrawn at any time without notice.
